There are only three booth sizes to choose from, regardless of company size. And, we follow the grocery store model when designing our show floors: the bigger booths are on the perimeter of the room, so foot traffic throughout the venue is ensured.
The cost of your booth includes the booth itself, a draped table, two chairs, storage, nominal power & hotel room night/s!
There's no need to scan badges or scramble to get business cards - every exhibitor receives the entire list of registrants as part of their booth package.
Every cavlo features local leaders from the #proAVL community: decision makers & influencers from consulting, integration & production companies -- as well as corporate and higher-ed end users -- are all on hand.
Discover the right way to trade show - inclusive booth booth pricing (including power!); no union, drayage or cartage fees; complimentary booth support from the cavlo Ambassadors; reasonably priced breakout spaces; food & beverage service on the show floor; & complimentary UPS/FedEX drop off service!
New for Seattle!
- We tweaked our brand limits rule and are now allowing two co-owned/co-distributed brands in the 8x15 booth and three in the 8x20!
- We have twelve (12) free, 45-minute breakout sessions (basic AV included) available on a first-come, first-served basis!
At cavlo we strive to honor "The Three Es" and create a show that's Easy to exhibit at, Easy to attend and Easy to produce - we call it E3!
“cavlo provides Aurora a fantastic value – all attendees are AV professionals and a high percentage are decision makers.”
Paul Harris, Aurora Multimedia
"We enjoyed the show [and] loved the venue!"
Kathryn Cordina, Sound Control Technologies
"...a very worthwhile event. Logistics were great, and strong turnout. That's an impressive feat on it's own, but creating cavlo from scratch and pulling it off in the middle of a pandemic is over the top. Nice work Mike, we'll see ya' next year!"
Alan Geer, AudioGeer
"cavlo...didn’t disappoint. The number and quality of attendees was as
high as we would expect for a seasoned, multi-year event"
Gina Sansivero, AtlasIED
"...the Las Vegas cavlo was definitely a good show. Great turn out and
reminded me of the NSCA show of years gone by..."
Jim Bowles, E-Ticket Marketing
