There are only three booth sizes to choose from, regardless of company size. And, we follow the grocery store model when designing our show floors: the bigger booths are on the perimeter of the room, so foot traffic throughout the show floor is ensured.

The cost of your booth includes the booth itself, a table, two chairs, storage, nominal power & hotel room night/s! Plus, it's "first-come/first-served" - no points plans that keep the show floor looking the same year after year after year...

There's no need to scan badges or scramble to get business cards - every exhibitor receives the entire list of registrants as part of their booth package.

Every cavlo features local leaders from the #proAVL community: decision makers & influencers from consulting, integration & production companies - as well as corporate & higher-ed end users - are all on hand.
