cavlo is a trade-only event focused on commercial entertainment & communication technologies that puts manufacturers, specifiers, integrators/operators & end users together under one roof.
Day 1 (October 9) features the complimentary Welcome Reception (5.0p-7.0p); the trade show and all breakout sessions are on Day 2 (October 10).
Consultants, installation firms, rental/staging/production companies and end users of all types -- including corporate, higher-ed & worship -- attend cavlo at no charge to network with their peers, learn about new technology & discuss industry matters.
As a regional show, cavlo attendees enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, more one-on-one time with exhibitors and a dramatically lower cost of attendance: there is no admission for qualified end users, hotel discounts available for those staying overnight and complimentary food & beverage at both the Welcome Reception (5-7:pm the evening of day 1) and on the show floor!
cavlo attendees enjoy Discussion Panels, behind-the-scenes Tech Tours, complimentary snacks, educational sessions and a cash giveaway -
all for free!
cavlo Seattle will be held at the

Members of the press are also welcome with prior notification.
Out of respect for our exhibiting partners, non-exhibiting manufacturers, distributors, service providers and independent rep firms who do not have an existing show floor presence (i.e., aren't directly related to an already-exhibiting entity) must pay $495 to attend cavlo.
